1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern services provided by Big Sky Headstone Cleaning LLC ("we/us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We provide gentle headstone cleaning using D2 Biological Solution, edging, and optional add-ons (silk florals, flags). Services are weather-dependent; dates may be adjusted for safety and effectiveness. We require client permission to access sites.

3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon payment/deposit. Prices are as quoted; travel fees may apply. Full payment due before or at service (or monthly for subscriptions).

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel with 48 hours notice for full refund (minus fees). No refunds post-service. Subscriptions require 6-month minimum; early cancellation may incur fees.

5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate site location, permission, and disclose known issues. Remove personal items if desired.

6. Limitation of Liability
We perform services with care but are not liable for pre-existing damage, natural deterioration, acts of God, vandalism, or cemetery rules. Maximum liability limited to service fee paid. No guarantees of complete stain removal on aged stones.

7. Photos and Privacy
Before/after photos are private unless consent given for marketing.

8. Weather and Scheduling
Services flexible due to Montana weather; we schedule cleanings as needed with the goal to have cleanings done prior to Memorial Day and/or Veteran's Day.

9. Governing Law
Governed by Montana Laws.

-Cemetery Access and Permissions
Some cemeteries, particularly private or federally contracted ones, have specific rules regarding maintenance work. We will confirm access prior to your scheduled service. If the cemetery prohibits our services or denies entry, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees).

-Refunds
Full refunds are provided if we are unable to perform the service due to cemetery restrictions, weather preventing safe access, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds are issued after the service is completed.
