Refund Policy

Big Sky Headstone Cleaning LLC strives to provide gentle, respectful service with complete customer satisfaction.

Full Refunds:
Issued if we are unable to perform the service due to cemetery restrictions (private or federally contracted sites), prohibitive weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified promptly, and any payment will be refunded in full (minus non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).

Cancellations by Client:
Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

After Service Completion:
No refunds are provided once the cleaning and any requested add-ons have been successfully completed.

Subscriptions (Big Sky Care Packages):
Early cancellation after the initial 6-month commitment will be handled on a pro-rated basis; contact us for details.


Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For questions, please reach out - we're here to help with understanding and care.
